Group 4 is a science investigation required by the International Baccalaureate program. This year there were four different investigations: poisoning, vandalism, an armed robbery, and stuffed ballots. The investigations were all crimes committed by Interlake’s own staff. Student split up into groups to solve the crimes. Each crime had nine different suspects, and the groups had to use science to find out which one was the real criminal. Some groups did really good with collecting evidence. Some other groups almost didn’t finish. It was very hard to get the evidence for some groups, but easy for other groups. But in the end, everyone thought it was fun and worth the time.
